19th Century Painted Venetian Side Table

An antique Italian painted work table, a classic example of Venetian polychrome furniture, dating back to the late 18th or 19th century. It stands elevated on four tall, elegant tapering square legs, the table features a classic Venetian ochre-yellow or mustard-yellow ground coat, a traditional base color used to mimic grander gilded furniture styles
